Management of production processes through comprehensive supervision of the production and maintenance ,consistent with the overall quality to meet the needs of sales management levels.

Marmonil also exports its to several countries in Europe and Asia. Behind Marmonil success is a superior workforce of about 400 employees working in factories and quarries. The factory and warehouses cover an area of 100,000 m2, including a covered area of 8,000 m2. In 1985, Marmonil Italy was established to specialize in trading marble and granite. It imports directly from producing countries such as India, Brazil, Spain, Norway, Greece, Finland, Morocco, Turkey and Egypt. Marmonil Italy warehouse covers an area of 3,500 m2 in Carrara the center of Marble trade and production in the world.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop policies and procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.
- Prepare annual budgets for the operating plan and get approval from the board before starting the operation.
- Coordinate production processes to ensure the effectiveness of the production, quality and conformity with the agreed specifications.
- Managing the company's factories, with periodic visits in coordination with factory managers to ensure the efficient performance of their functions.
- Ensure maintenance programs are managed efficiently in coordination with the engineering maintenance departments.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the operation of machinery and equipment to conform to the operational standards set by the company in coordination with the quality management.
- Develop manpower planning to achieve optimum number of workers
- Develop plans for products and work a comprehensive study of needs (equipment and raw materials).
- Conduct an annual assessment for workers in coordination with the HR Department.
- Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and waste, monitor waste and rework data. Direct the establishment, implementation and maintenance of production standards.
- Direct and coordinate various programs essential to manufacturing procedures (e.g., training, safety, housekeeping, cost reduction, worker involvement, security, etc.).
- Willingness to do other tasks
Job Requirements
- Engineer
- 6+ years experience in manufacturing management (a minimum of 4 years experience managing a significant segment of a large manufacturer or the entire operation of a smaller manufacturer)
- Multinational experience is a big plus
- Productivity and operational know how
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is a plus
- Implemented or worked in a company with ISO-9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001
- Experience working with manufacturing based technology, processes and principles is preferred.
