Job Description

Lead and manage the EHS function Across All Donor Centers to ensure full compliance with legal, corporate, and Medical Facility standards, and to promote a proactive safety culture through risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. |

Internal: Center Managers, QA/QC, Medical Affairs, Logistics External: Local Health Authorities, Contractors, Medical Waste Providers |
Key responsibility |
• Oversee EHS compliance in multiple donor centers • Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency plans • Conduct regular audits and inspections • Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations • Manage training and certification programs for staff • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions |
Job Requirements
Academic experience required |
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering or related field. NEBOSH Certified is must. |
Professional Experience Required |
7–9 years of EHS experience, preferably in healthcare or bioservices with multi-site responsibility |
Computing Skills |
MS Office, EHS Management Systems (e.g., Enablon, Intelex) |
Personal Skills |
Multi-site coordination, Leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, team management, risk assessment, training delivery |
Languages |
Fluent in English and Arabic |
