Job Description

Lead and manage the EHS function at the manufacturing site to ensure full compliance with legal, corporate, and industry-specific standards, and to promote a proactive safety culture through risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. |

Key responsibility |
• Develop and implement site-specific EHS programs • Lead audits and inspections, ensuring corrective action implementation • Conduct risk assessments and HAZOP studies • Monitor legal compliance and maintain permits/licenses • Drive sustainability and environmental initiatives • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses • Serve as EHS liaison with regulatory bodies |
Job Requirements
Academic experience required |
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering or related field. NEBOSH Certified is Must. |
Professional Experience Required |
8–10 years in EHS roles within the pharmaceutical or process industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Lead ISO 45001,14001 certificates |

MS Office, EHS Management Systems (e.g., Enablon, Intelex) |

Languages |
