Job Description
Generic Accountability
- Design and customize the MS Dynamic CRM solution based on business requirements and the roadmap for the platform
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
- Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the CRM platform
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between Channel’s current and desired end states
- Manage the review of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements as part of an overall CRM implementation project
- Research industry standards, trends, breakthroughs and best practices and drive the digital roadmap to advance digital effectiveness
- Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to development team and test completed solutions
- Assess and propose the integration of new technologies into the platform to improve user interface, product performance and attractiveness

Typical responsibilities would include;
- Map ‘as is’ and designing target operating model
- Design ‘to be’ processes / structures / work flow management/ business solution
- Develop and manage business requirement specification
- Assist in the development of relevant new assets, tools and point of views
- Lead specific project work streams
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing and Product teams to launch and perpetuate this platform
- Communicate and negotiate priorities with IT Team using in-depth knowledge and experience of technical delivery process
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- MBA preferred
Minimum Experience
- Experience of 8+ yrs in financial services industry
- Have a holistic view of the Chanel CRM landscape and impact of CRM Strategies on the Customer Data and the business
- Should have a good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, sharepoint and Power BI
- Preferred certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating CRM with different business systems (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
- Experience in process design, managing business requirements, solutioning, functional solution, testing, solution delivery lifecycle, change management
- Strong organizational & management skills, ability to multi-task concurrent projects and help team adhere to deadlines
- Ideally the candidate should have knowledge of design thinking process and have worked in a start-up/ fintech environment
