Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Specialist (Technical) with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules, as well as extensive expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Platform Admin Center). The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions, customizations, and integrations while also leading technical aspects of implementations.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations
- Deep knowledge of D365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules
Strong expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power Automate (advanced workflows & automations)
- Power Pages (customization, integration, security)
- Power Platform administration (environments, DLP, permissions)
Proficient in:
- C# for plugins and workflows
- JavaScript for UI customizations
- Dataverse schema and data modeling
- Familiar with Azure services, custom connectors, and integration patterns
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and solution deployment via Azure DevOps
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
