Job Description
- Online and offline research collecting clients data.
- Make initial customer contact through visits or calls.
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan.
- Prepares detailed form based on the client's requirements.
This form which our designers will work from its data
- Follow up using emails and phone calls.
- Follow up with the client until the moment that the project is delivered to the client.
(In case of BOOTH project, you will be Responsible for overseeing implementation).
- Prepares constantly reports about your meetings with clients.
- Dynamically responding to client requests and follow up with back office for timely preparation and submittal of offers.
- Present a weekly exhibition & events calendar
- Recover and represent the agency at exhibitions & events.
Job Requirements
- Have experience in exhibitions, booths, events and advertising field.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Good Command of writing and speaking English.
- Capability to work under high pressure with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
