Job Description

  • Online and offline research collecting clients data.
  • Make initial customer contact through visits or calls.
  • Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan.
  • Prepares detailed form based on the client's requirements.

This form which our designers will work from its data

  • Follow up using emails and phone calls.
  • Follow up with the client until the moment that the project is delivered to the client.

(In case of BOOTH project, you will be Responsible for overseeing implementation).

  • Prepares constantly reports about your meetings with clients.
  • Dynamically responding to client requests and follow up with back office for timely preparation and submittal of offers.
  • Present a weekly exhibition & events calendar
  • Recover and represent the agency at exhibitions & events.

Job Requirements

  • Have experience in exhibitions, booths, events and advertising field.
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Good Command of writing and speaking English.
  • Capability to work under high pressure with a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Creative negotiator
  • The ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative
  • Well organized and self-motivated.
  • Have a car
