Job Description
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Find the most efficient media to use for recruiting candidates
- Maintain the job description contents up to date
- Ensure continuous sourcing for the candidates' database
- Implement the internal recruitment and promotion process
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Ensure the Onboarding of new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter ( 2-5 years) - (either a call center or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
