Job Description
- Work with hiring Team and HR personnel to determine staffing needs, along with minimum qualifications and skills required for open positions.
- Work to improve productivity and reduce turnover, and can help save countless hours for organizations by identifying and attracting top-performing professionals to fill job openings.
- Consulting with Recruitment Section Head on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates and advising management on hiring and compensation guidelines.
- Update and track recruitment files, prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media, coordinate internal job postings and perform reference and background checks.
- Attract talent by designing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Attending career fairs and networking events is another common part of this job.
- Posts the required vacancies using different channels.
- Screens candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Handles the testing process such as (English placement test – IQ test – Typing test ...etc).
- Conducts interviews’ and filters candidates for open positions.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation program.
- Issues regular reports as requested .
- Develop and measure the success of recruitment procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Manufacturing or retail background “preferred”.
- HR Diploma or Certificate is a plus.
- Perfect user in Microsoft Office.
- Very Good command in English.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organization & project management skills.
