Role

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Frequently reporting and reviewing all recruitment metrics (time to fill// Cost per hire) to ensure effective recruitment cycle that meets the company objectives.
- Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the department managers to forecast future hiring needs and identify gaps.
- Choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
- Explore the market best practice in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation programs.
- Ensure following an efficient interviewing techniques.
- Conduct first HR job interviews.
- Implement the new organization structure policy and support in the of design with Org Charts, Unit Descriptions, Job Descriptions, KPIs & objective
- Prepare monthly headcount report.
- Prepare the annual man power plan in coordination with internal customers.
- Make sure of implementing any work procedures, coordinating with the internal audit.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- Relevant BSc degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Preferred Skills
- Same field experience.
- Close area resident.
