Job Description

  • Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve inquiries and generate innovative ideas to support customers.
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.
  • Identify and approach potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
  • Organize meetings with the customers to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines.
  • Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned long-term customer relationships.
  • Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and after sales service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ experience in the same field
  • Previous experience as a sales in IT/SOFTWARE companies is a must
    Excellent English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Teamwork player and able to work under pressure.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to promptly apply any skills shortly after being learned.
  • Adaptable/ Flexible:
  • Able to adapt oneself to new surroundings; to make a suitable change so as to fit new conditions.
