About the Job

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Put daily tasks plans.
  • Deal with new customer orders, validate product availability with the vendor and confirm the order with the customer.
  • Follow up shipping process.
  • Check order delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop periodic operations reports.
  • Facilitate correspondence on the Executive Director’s behalf and manage his e-mail inbox while exercising initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support for the daily operations process.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in ECommerce fulfillment & operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Learning Agility.
  • Collaboration & Influence.
  • Drives Results.
  • Problem solver.
  • Bachelor’s degree of any discipline required.
