Job Description
- Plans and directs all design engineers and technical engineers working on specific projects
- Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs
- Oversees solutions implementation and testing in order to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively
- Evaluates and approves changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project
- Monitors progress and performance against the project plan Requires a bachelor's degree
- Typically manages through subordinate and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
- May give input into developing the budget
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Electrical, Communication or Mechatronics Engineering
- Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience in project management
- PMP certification is a plus
- KNX certification is a plus
- Can manage multiple projects effectively
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office & CAD software
- Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and presentable
- Has the ability to work well with others and lead a team
- Has excellent communication skills
- Very good organization and project management skills
- Can build and develop teams
- Can build and communicate different business reports
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
- Great attention to detail
