Job Description
- Participate as project manager in all HR initiatives and projects and deliver regular reports
- Implement TNA process and reports
- Implement the performance & KPI’s process as per the system & manage the documentation and signature cycle
- Implement Compensation & benefits initiatives and provide the needed analysis
- Manage employee relations and be the first HR contact for employees in order to solve their issues
- Manage related government services transactions by maintaining records and processing through the relevant government offices to ensure government rules/policies/regulations are followed
- Maintain employee’s files with full compliance to the regulations
- Administer the manpower planning process with all departments and approvals
- Conduct vacancy search, interviews and testing candidates and shortlist for the functions interviews
- Implement the on boarding process, job offer, medical checkup, contracts & employee files
- Coordinate new comers orientation
Job Requirements
Minimum Required Education
- Bachelor Degree
- HR professional Study
Minimum Required Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR generalist
Professional Knowledge & Skills
- IT Skills – MS. Office
- Interviewing Skills
- Excellent knowledge of labor law & employees regulations
Language Proficiency
- Excellent English
