Job Description
- Our Senior Business Development Specialist will be the owner of the End to End process of developing new business.
- Caliber will be responsible for generating leads through qualifying them, contacting qualified shortlisted prospects.
- Collecting data, Preparing and tailoring RFPs, negotiating prices and services
terms, pricing and finalizing contracts to reach to a Done Deal phase. - Aligning all internal implementations, technical & operations teams with deal’s requirements for execution and delivery.
- Performing on going client management tasks to ensure a long-term relationship with client, working on farming existing client’s business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university,
- 4:9 years of experience in B2B sales, including a minimum of 2-3 years in selling services.
- Perfect command of English.
- Presentable and charismatic character.
- Experience in leads generating on, forecasting, prospecting & driving opportunities to closure "End to End Business Development"
- GCC experience is a plus
- Flexible to travel frequently as needed for business
- Age 25-34
- Males OR Females
