Job Description
- Meet with human resources manager to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs, available positions within the firm, position descriptions and sourcing strategies.
- Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as screen resume & phone screens, recommend final selection of applicants and qualified candidates.
- Place and update all job postings in various channels.
- Maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
- Respond timely to applicant requests as required.
- Continuously develop networks to actively build database/pipeline of candidates.
- Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
- Fluency in English with excellent writing skills.
- Strong time management skills, analytical and organizational skills.
- Must be able to function effectively in a busy, detailed-oriented environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred.
