Job Description
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and potential customers to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Researches organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Attend conferences, meetings and events.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and potential customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Recommend business development strategies for short and long-term plans.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
- Work on business recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Skills and Knowledge:
- More than one year of experience in B2B Sales.
- Previous experience in medical insurance is preferred.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required.
- Strong computer skills with various Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
