Job Description
- Participate in creating & developing business development strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Follow the government’s announcements for the new lands.
- Study the request of proposal “RFP” to extract the payments terms, building restrictions and execution period.
- Perform financial feasibility studies for new projects with applying different financial scenarios.
- Advice for the ultimate capital structure for new projects that maximizes company’s return.
- Prepare presentation for the new projects for any potential investor.
- Oversee the development of the projects versus the feasibility study (i.e. Actualization).
- Release a quarterly report analyzing projects’ performance.
- Release an alarming report whenever breaching the previously agreed upon KPIs’ range.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent command in English
- Min 2+ to 5 Years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
