Job Description
- Align recruitment and selection strategy with Group’s strategy in partnership with HR Director.
- Partner with Functional Departments Heads’ in setting the Manpower Plans.
- Maintain and evaluate effective external recruitment sources.
- Reach out for internal sources of talents among TMG’s Employees before resorting to external calibers.
- Partner with Functional Departments Heads’ and provide guidance along with recommendations for employment Replacement, Terminations or Reallocation among Group’s Companies.
- Monitor New Staff Orientation programs and make sure that new employees are instantly integrated into the organization.
- Partnering with Compensation & Benefits Department in setting salaries according to market’s exposure, salary surveys as well as TMG’s salary scale.
- Ensure an equal opportunity environment through achieving diversity in Talent selection.
- Maintain and evaluate effective recruitment sources and assessment providers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field is a must.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
- Previous Experience in the Real-Estate Sector/Hospitality Sector is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Excellent Knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point... etc.).
- HR Diploma/MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to work from alternate locations when needed.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
