Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsiblities - (Not Limited To)

  • Design and implement the overall Rewards strategy, Compensation & Benefits programs, policies and procedures.
  • Set and track the compensation budget.
  • Evaluate employee benefits policies to stay current, competitive, and legal.
  • Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with governmental regulations.
  • Determine competitive wage rates and develop/modify compensation plans.
  • Design the basic compensation structures aligned with corporate culture and values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or suitable discipline
  • 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • High level attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent problem solving skills
