Job Description
- Responds to internal and external customer calls by answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner, takes accurate messages and routes call to staff.
- Responsible for all mail for the branch by preparing outgoing mail, and sorting and routing incoming mail to the appropriate employee.
- Copies correspondence and other printed materials by utilizing the office copy equipment efficiently.
- Maintains confidential records and correspondence by developing, securing and maintaining a filing system for the information.
- Maintains calendar of events for GM by scheduling appointments and identifying scheduling conflicts.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Make travel arrangement
- File and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Any other tasks related to administration
- Working hours: 8 to 5:30 (Friday & Saturday)
Job Requirements
- Prefer Resident in Badr city or 10th of Ramadan city.
- 2 years’ experience.
- Bachelor degree.
- V. good command of English Language
- Max age to apply: 28
- Gender: Female
- Ability to use all Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette.
- Exhibits strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to be detail oriented and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
