Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets within the real estate market. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and optimizing the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth. The Senior Sales Manager will also play a crucial role in coaching and mentoring sales agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and align with business objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
  3. Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads, effectively managing each stage of the sales process.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and capture market opportunities.
  6. Sales Reporting: Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, making recommendations to improve productivity and achieve targets.
  7. Negotiation and Closing: Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  8. Coordination with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring consistent messaging.
  9. Training and Development: Organize regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge, keeping them updated on product offerings and sales techniques.

Job Requirements

 

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification in sales or real estate is a plus.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role in the real estate industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams in a competitive market.
  3. Skills:
    • Sales Expertise: Deep knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a successful sales team.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and persuade clients.
    • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing solutions to improve sales processes and team performance.
    • Client Management: Skilled in managing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  4. Industry Knowledge:
    • Comprehensive understanding of the Egyptian real estate market, client preferences, and regulatory environment.
    • Familiarity with both residential and commercial property sales is advantageous.
  5. Language Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  6. Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, real estate sales platforms, and general productivity tools like MS Office.
