Job Description
- Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.
- Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Work with the human resources department to confirm hiring needs and requirements.
- Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques.
- Process and track applicant job submissions.
- Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets.
- Set clear goals for the recruitment team.
- Train and supervise recruiters in the correct Hospital processes.
- Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions / or key jobs in the organization .
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- English profession skills required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills .
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
- 7 to 10 years of experience Preferable in Hospitals .
