Job Purpose

Maintain the relationship with existing accounts and attract new account in the Petroleum sector to increase profit and enhaThe job receives clear and specific instructions and/or follows standardized instructions or procedures without on-going supervision. Work is checked for accuracy, adequacy and adherence to instructions. The jobholder consults with supervisor on matters not covered in the original instructions or by guidelines.nce the Customer Experience.

Report To Position Name

  • Plan Sales Calls according to required target, and follow up existing pipeline in order to prepare the month's activities.
  • Conduct visits to clients to maintain relationship, hunt new prospects, and diversify the service provided as per the need in order to achieve the Sales targets.
  • Create Business Cases according to the received requests from clients and align with the Marketing teams in order to customize a solution to fit the client's requirements.
  • Receive products from Warehouse and deliver to Client, process contracts with Client's SPOC and follow up activation with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery and in-date activation
  • Handle Clients inquires, requests and complaints, act as a focal point between Etisalat and the client to maintain the account and to enhance the Customer Experience
  • Review client’s Connectivity Solutions requirements and align with internal stakeholders in order to communicate the final offer to the client, and follow up installation and activation.
  • Process ETIT and Etisalat contracts regarding the "AVL" Automatic Vehicle Location services and follow up activation
  • Customer Centricity (Sales /cc Staff) Creates a positive customer experience at the point of sale and post-sales journeys.
  • Innovation Continuously learn new trends in the market and propose new ideas, approaches and insights 
  • Operational Excellence Takes responsibility—Accepts responsibility for outcomes of one’s work; with focus on accurate high quality operations daily routine, processes and workflows.

Job Requirements

Qualifications - External


  • Essential Bachelor Degree in any discipline.


  • Desirable Major Business Administration


  • Experience: Essential 4 years Corporate Sales experience


  • Desirable 4 years Corporate Sales experience in Telecom
