Job Description
- Ensuring all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and initiatively recommends improvements.
- Managing the selection and assessment process to ensure the quality of employees is sufficient and effective for the growth of RCX.
- Handling activities related to dealing with different sourcing channels (Recruitment Agencies, employment fairs, social media platforms, etc..,)
- Responsible for maintaining an active and organized pipeline of applications for various positions.
- Reporting recruitment performance (such as: on time and quality of hiring) updates.
- Monitoring team performance to ensure meeting the benchmarks.
- Auditing when and if required on recruitment team for ensuring compliance with COPC Standards.
- Follow up on daily basis the performance indicators and share the feedback to his team enclosed with the corrective and preventive actions recommended for enhancement.
- Encourage the team to create new sourcing channels and programs.
