- Monitor and manage customer orders
- Support customers with medication recommendations
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle complaints
- Assist through social media channels
- The Internship is not paid but after 3 months probation period the intern will be eligible for a full time job as an "Operations Supervisor"
Internship Requirements
- Faculty of pharmacy graduates preferred
- Ability to work under pressure
