Job Description

This Position is for Junior and Senior levels will be determined according to your potentials. 

You will be resposible for:

  • Creating Production accounts
  • Receiving, Investigating, & Solving Merchant’s complaints -on production environment- received through any channel.
  • Report & follow up on technical issues making sure it’s resolved within SLA.
  • Perform UAT for new releases.
  • Do needed analysis to monitor transactions performance and maintain healthy acceptance ratio.
  • Configure, & monitor new services whenever required.
  • Identifying and suggesting areas of improvement.
  • Investigation for discovered issues down to root-cause.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer, or Communication Section) is a must.
  • 0-4 years of experience in operations.
  • Previous experience in Fin-Tech Field is preferred.
  • Very good spoken and written English language.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Fintech experience is an addon.
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Details oriented.
  • Organized & Self-motivated
