Communicating with Import team and customs Broker to give him decision about customs clearance for each shipment, Is it Temporary admission, Drawback or final Import certificate?
Following with temporary admission office to create LG forms and following the balance daily.
Informing finance about LG budget needed to handle Temp. admission according to shipments.
Organizing & Setting up the Industrial Control Authority for identifying the rates that will be used from different imported materials in making the product that will be exported later.
Stating the imported materials entry permissions on the Export certificates (form 13) at the time of exportation
Following up the Exportation process to make sure it matches the planned to secure using of the imported materials as per earlier assigned rates.
Preparation of the deductions & issuing the Settlement Forms.
Presentation of the settlement Forms to the authorized Institution to re-Fund Letters of Guarantee & Customs Fees amounts.
Holding the needed records for each Importation system which include a material card for each shipment showing inbound raw material quantity, consumption of that material, Export final goods produced from that material and Sales invoice number.
