Job Description
- Handle all procedures related to export subsidies, incentives, and drawback with government authorities.
- Prepare and submit required documents (invoices, shipping papers, customs forms, etc.) to claim support.
- Follow up with government entities and export councils to collect subsidies on time and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and sales to ensure shipments are eligible and documents are complete.
- Track government updates on export support programs and share internally.
- Prepare reports on subsidies collected, pending claims, and forecasts.
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies and trade associations.
- Ensure all claims are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Support management during audits or compliance reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in export operations or export subsidies.
- Strong knowledge of government export support programs.
- Experience with export councils and government authorities.
- Good English skills and proficiency in MS Office.
