Logistics Specialist (Export)

Job Role: 

Coordinate the day to day logistics operations in terms of Documents, internal & external communications, actions taken as per the procedures and reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Sending samples to customers and sending the information to the sales department, tracking the          samples until they are delivered to the client.
• Arrange the required documents for Quarantine & Certificates.
• Follow up with custom clearance responsible to receive documents related to form 13 for subsidy          application and documents for Tax Treaty, complete the files and send to finance dep, ensuring it          meet the requirments
• Receiving invoices from the freight forwarders and brokers to review and deliver it to Finance                  department for issuing checks.
• Process shipments on courires system.
• Plan, and update plans continuously, schedules and shipments for all closed sales transactions
•  Fill out the outbound follow-up sheet with necessary logistical data.
• some tasks from the import logistics (issuing certificate of insurance, issuing delivery note, upload        SDS, data entry…..)
