Platform management (e.g., crowd management), station staffingDevelopment and execution of knowledge transfer for all station operation related disciplinesManagement of all aspects of station facilities including but not limited to customer service, cleanliness, security, and passenger amenitiesEnsure a seamless and pleasant experience for passengers at all stations and at all timesOversee the daily operations of stations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionSupervise station staff, including customer service representatives, security personnel, and cleaning crewsImplement customer service standards and training programs for station employeesMonitor station cleanliness, maintenance, and safety protocolsCoordinate with vendors for station amenities, services, and retail spacesAddress customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries to enhance passenger experienceCollaborate with marketing teams for station branding and promotional activitiesEnsure stations comply with accessibility standards and regulationsReport reactions and measures taken by contractors in abnormal operation situations Qualifications:Project management skillsRailway Operation background (passenger highspeed or long distance intercity)Min. academic degree: B.Sc. EngineeringMin. 10 years in the rail IndustryMin. 5 years in leadership position Min. 10 years in a similar positionInternational experience, preference GCCEnglish (fluent), Arabic (preferred), German (preferred)
