Director of Acquisitions / Remote COO (U.S. Real Estate – Egypt-Based)

- We are a U.S.-based real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of distressed, tax-delinquent, and estate-owned properties. Our model is fast, aggressive, and entirely remote. We operate at the intersection of title issues, negotiation, and off-market lead conversion.
- Our goal: $1M/month in gross profit within 12 months.
About the Role:
- We are hiring a Director of Acquisitions / Remote COO to take full ownership of daily operations, drive acquisitions, manage the team, and close deals weekly.
- This is not a corporate ops job. This is a get-deals-closed, lead-from-the-front, revenue-first role.
You Are:
- A proven closer or sales leader in U.S. real estate, with experience in off-market deals
- Comfortable managing remote cold callers, lead managers, and data researchers
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments
- Obsessed with metrics, follow-up, and conversion
- Able to build and run systems that support 10–20+ simultaneous leads per week
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a remote sales team (currently cold caller + researcher)
- Drive 2+ signed Purchase Agreements per week
- Supervise CRM (Podio) and ensure leads are processed daily
- Analyze lead sources and acquisition performance
- Collaborate with CEO, AI systems, and trainers to improve pipeline speed and conversion\
- Build KPIs, SOPs, and workflows to support scale across Texas and beyond
Compensation:
- Monthly salary (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses for weekly KPIs and closed deals

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in U.S. real estate acquisitions or sales leadership
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience with cold calling, SMS/CRM pipelines, and remote sales teams
- Familiar with Podio, JustCall, or similar CRM/dialer tools
- Comfortable working U.S. hours (Central Time preferred)
