Director of Acquisitions / Remote COO – U.S. Real Estate (Egypt-Based)
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment firm focused on acquiring distressed, tax-delinquent, and heir-owned properties throughout Texas and beyond. Our operations are fast-paced, remote-first, and driven by off-market acquisition strategy. We aim to scale to $1M/month in gross profit within the next 12 months.
The Role
We’re seeking a driven, take-charge executive to serve as Director of Acquisitions / Remote COO. You will oversee our lead pipeline, close deals, manage the acquisitions team, and build the sales systems to support rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive 2+ signed purchase agreements per week
• Manage, hire, and train cold callers and researchers
• Monitor Podio CRM and ensure daily lead pipeline movement
• Lead negotiations and track KPIs on follow-up and conversion
• Integrate with our CEO, AI agents, and title partners to clear deals
• Refine and build scalable SOPs for outreach, contract, and close
• Expand operations from Houston to all major Texas MSAs
You Must Have
• 3+ years of U.S. real estate acquisitions experience
• Proven ability to manage remote teams (cold callers, VAs)
• Strong Podio, JustCall, and CRM automation skills
• Ability to close off-market deals and handle objections
• Fluent English and comfort working U.S. hours (CST preferred)
• KPI-focused mindset with urgency around revenue and action
