Job Description
- Oversee and manage the delivery function for all company stores
Forecast delivery volumes, by analyzing historical deliveries and budgets, to plan team size and staffing schedules for restaurants - Ensure timely delivery by effective scheduling and optimizing delivery routes
- Ensure proper handling of food and beverages during the delivery process to maintain high hygiene standards Develop best practices in delivery services such as maintaining customer database
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and vehicles used in the delivery function Manage the distribution of menus to maximize revenues
- Record and provide customer feedback to relevant managers at the concept
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Experience in delivery/ home delivery
- Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
- Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
- Good resource planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in job field including more than 5 years in a similar position (senior manager level)
