Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of Company’s operations within the assigned country, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and high performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, government entities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies across all business activities.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to align country operations with global strategies and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering field—Mechanical, Electrical, or preferably Petroleum Engineering.
  • Advanced degrees (MBA)
  • +15 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the oil, energy, or industrial sectors experience and knowledge in ESP systems
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and business practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel within the country as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
