Audit our existing brand presence across social and paid media
Propose updated content direction: voice, hooks, content pillars, and platform trends
Identify strategic gaps in storytelling or engagement and provide actionable solutions
Collaborate with internal content and ad teams to align messaging
Share competitor and market insights (Dubai & US focused)
Contribute to campaign direction and creative briefing (not day-to-day content creation)
Requirements
3+ years of experience in social media strategy (not posting)
Deep knowledge of the Dubai and US beauty/lifestyle markets
Past work with DTC brands in beauty, wellness, or fashion
Strong understanding of hooks, tone of voice, platform trends, and positioning
Able to submit real past work: brand guides, campaign plans, creative decks, etc.
Bonus: Available in Dubai for occasional strategy sessions (not mandatory)
Benefits
