Job Description
- Coordinate and manage the export logistics process from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Prepare and review all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange transportation and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Track and monitor shipments, proactively addressing any delays or issues to ensure smooth delivery to international clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, export documentation, and compliance files for audit and reporting purposes.
- Communicate with internal departments such as production, Merchandisers, and quality assurance to coordinate export schedules and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the export process.
- Assist in the resolution of claims related to damaged or lost shipments, working closely with insurance providers and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations, customs requirements, and best practices in export logistics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in export logistics, international shipping, or a similar role within the manufacturing or textile industry (Fresh are welcome to apply)
- Very good command of English Language.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to logistical challenges.
