Senior Operational Export

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operation Export to join our team. This role requires an individual with extensive knowledge and expertise in export operations to oversee and manage all aspects of our international shipping processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for logistics and a strong understanding of global trade regulations. In this position, you will be responsible for optimizing export processes, increasing efficiency, and enhancing our operational effectiveness. You will work closely with various departments, including logistics, & finance, to ensure seamless execution of export activities. Your leadership abilities will play a critical role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to continuous improvement within the organization.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of export operations, including documentation, logistics, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and customs formalities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve export processes and reduce shipping costs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align export activities with overall business goals.
• Mentor and train junior staff on export operations best practices and compliance requirements.
• Analyze export performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party providers to ensure efficient operations.
