Job Description
We are a software house firm working on a wide range of projects across various industries, helping to shape the user journey from concept to completion. We’re looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer who can translate complex ideas into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, etc.) to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Create mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure a consistent, user-centric design process is followed throughout the entire lifecycle of the product.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.
- Maintain and improve design systems and ensure brand consistency across all projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and the latest design tools and technologies.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proven experience designing user-centric digital products for both web and mobile platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development is a plus.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Design Skills:
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with strong design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.).
- Ability to translate business goals and user needs into visually engaging and intuitive designs.
- Experience creating and working with design systems and component libraries.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Familiarity with user research techniques and tools.
- Experience in usability testing, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
