Job Description

We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and design excellence—and we’re looking for a UI & Motion Designer with strong expertise in Figma and Rive to craft modern, interactive experiences for web and mobile applications.
What You’ll Do
Design & Prototype Interfaces
- Create high-fidelity UI designs in Figma, including responsive layouts, components, and design systems.
- Translate user flows and wireframes into polished interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability.
Build Design Systems
- Define, document, and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma.
- Ensure consistency in colors, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns across platforms.
Motion & Interactive Design
- Use Rive to design microinteractions, animations, and interactive components that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate motion assets seamlessly into production.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to deliver developer-ready designs.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, usability testing, and real-world product constraints.
Drive Visual Innovation
- Explore cutting-edge design and motion trends (motion-first UI, interactive states, dark mode, microinteractions).
- Advocate for accessibility, responsiveness, and inclusive design standards.
Who You Are
- A detail-oriented designer with a passion for both static and motion design.
- Comfortable working end-to-end: from systemized UI in Figma to animated assets in Rive.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in agile product development environments.
Job Requirements
What You Bring
- Experience: 3–5 years of UI design for digital products (web & mobile).
- Figma Mastery: Expertise in components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and design system management.
- Rive Expertise: Proven ability to create interactive animations, state machines, and export-ready assets.
- Collaboration: Strong track record working with engineers for design handoff and motion integration.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing both static designs (Figma) and motion/interaction work (Rive).
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of motion principles (timing, easing, choreography).
- Experience with dashboard/data-heavy UI or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Flutter or other frameworks that integrate well with Rive.
- Contributions to open design/motion resources or communities.
