Job Description
- Work with teams to estimate the amount of time/work needed and establish a project plan to guarantee meeting the deadlines.
- Follow up / communicate with teams by emails, calls, meetings or desk visits to ensure that project is going smoothly
- Finalize the data delivery generated by teams and deliver to the customer per the schedule
- Communicate with customers by email regarding the ongoing projects.
- Address the issues & complaints reported by customers & solve them with the team
- Prepare custom reports
- Manage requests/issues sent from prospective customers and prepare reports
- Monitoring support tickets submitted by customers, evaluating them and assign to responsible teams
- Follow up with all teams to ensure that tickets are closed within the approved timeline
- Follow up on tickets that are pending supplier’s response and close them according to the process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering )Communications, Electronics, Power or Mechatronics )
- 1 year experience
- English: Very good (writing/speaking)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Problem solving and flexible to workload
