Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide suitable technical advice to support their decision-making.
2. Promote the company and recommend tailored solutions that match client goals and the features of automatic door systems.
3. Prepare accurate quotations with technical details, clarify sales terms, and coordinate with the technical office for supporting documents.
4. Collaborate internally with sales, design, and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery of customized solutions.
5. Conduct product promotions through clear communication, demos, and presentations when possible.
6. Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and ongoing support until project completion.
7. Maintain organized records of interactions, update CRM/CPQ systems, and generate reports on client trends and opportunities.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
1. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Has 1–3 years of experience in customer service, technical support—preferably in engineering industries.
3. Demonstrates strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, for international communication and technical reading.
4. Skilled in explaining technical concepts clearly, understanding client needs, and presenting persuasive solutions.
5. Experienced in preparing accurate proposals and handling multiple tasks with attention to detail and time management.
