Job Description
- Organizing and scheduling appointments for meetings or interviews with the Director General.
- Preparing documents related to administrative affairs.
- Receiving or making calls related to the administrative department.
- Preparing and arranging correspondences, and referring the correspondences sent to the Director General.
- General results with all departments and follow up on the implementation of the decisions issued by the department.
- Drafting the minutes of any exaggerated report in the administration.
- Carry out other tasks assigned to the administration
- good in the English language
