Job Description

KMT House & KMT Studio are seeking an authentic and passionate Community Manager to help us create an exceptional experience for members of the community and reach out to more people to visit and engage with our events.

If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you. 

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You don’t have to be the cliché ‘people person’ for this role; but you are required to be able to have the social skills needed to communicate with different members of the internal team as well as the teachers, and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. 

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our studio, and manage all community communications. 


Responsibilities:

1- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. 

2- Provide engaging written content  for social media accounts

3- Respond to comments and customer inquiries on our online platforms in a timely manner

4- Monitor and report feedback and online reviews 

5- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

6- Coordinate with Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency

7- Coordinate with Studio Manager to stay updated on new classes and offers 

8- Build relationships with industry professionals and potential collaborators

9- Stay up-to-date with online trends and important events. 


 


 

Job Requirements

  • Previous proven work in the same role or similar
  • Experience launching community activities (building an online form, launching a program, creating an event, etc.)
  • Ability to identify and track which events are performing well
  • Excellent verbal and written skills (English fluency is required)
  • Previous experience with management for brands
  • Knowledge of online marketing and different channels
  • Attention to detail
