Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community across various platforms (social media, forums, and events) to foster relationships and encourage participation.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Feedback Management: Monitor community feedback and inquiries, responding promptly to ensure a positive experience for all users.
- Event Coordination: Organize and promote online and offline events, such as webinars, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance community interaction.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track community engagement metrics and provide insights to improve strategies and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related role, preferably within the startup ecosystem.
Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in using community management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Develop relatable, platform-specific content (memes, short videos, polls) tailored to MENA youth culture.
- Create bilingual (Arabic/English) content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
