Job Description

Lead telemarketing efforts to generate sales leads.

Schedule and arrange meetings with potential clients.

Conduct sales presentations and product/service demos.

Understand customer needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.

Prepare proposals covering scope, payment terms, and deal conditions.

Provide weekly reports on leads, deals, and performance vs. KPIs.

Follow up with clients for feedback and build long-term relationships.

Represent the company in events and promote its image.

Stay updated on market trends and customer expectations.

Attend project kick-off meetings and hand over accounts to PMs.

Review invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

2–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a supervisory position.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken & written).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet tools.

Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
