Job Requirements:
5-10 years of experience
1. The manager must have a qualification in one of the specializations such as electrical engineering, production engineering or mechanical engineering.
2. He must have 5 years of experience in the field of manufacturing and production management.
3. The ability to plan and organize so that the person can operate and monitor production operations.
4. The skill of acting decisively and the ability to solve problems whether related to equipment or employees.
5. The ability to understand all complex concepts and the ability to explain them easily.
6. The need to pay attention to details to ensure achieving a high level of quality.
7. To be able to communicate convincingly and clearly with the work team and also managers.
8. It is preferable to have excellent negotiation skills that enable him to obtain materials within the specified budget.
9. To be able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks at the same time.
10. Possesses excellent communication skills, whether verbal or written, and the ability to formulate and implement training plans.
11. Must have excellent math skills.
