Job Description
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Provide fast and useful technical assistance with computer systems.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Troubleshooting all OS available on computers.
- Troubleshoot printer and standard network problems issues.
- Software installation like Office and email settings.
- Solve problems via TeamViewer, remote desktop, and by a phone.
- Checking antivirus status and updates.
- Solve all technical related problems in our stores and HQ.
- Visit sites periodically to follow up on all IT related technical issues.
- Supporting day to day operations.
