Job Description
El Sewedy Industries Group is looking for a skilled IT Service Desk professional to join our team in one of our companies in the Building Materials sector. If you are passionate about solving IT challenges and supporting business operations with reliable technical expertise, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve computer hardware and applications issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (Router, Access Point, Printer, Fax, Attendance Machine, Scanner, Copiers, Firewall).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, and VPN.
- Provide support for MS Windows, Mac, MS Office, Outlook, Office 365.
- Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Configure and administer Cisco L2/3 switches.
- Manage Antivirus, Backup, Maintenance, and Data Recovery applications (Kaspersky, Acronis, Ghost, Hiren’s Boot CD PE).
- Work with VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage.
- Troubleshoot and support POS systems and attendance devices (ZK/Morph).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Technical Science, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience.
- Certifications: CCNA / MCSA (is preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of user support principles and practices.
- Suez resident is preferred
