Job Description
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer applications/ Hardware.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IT equipment (router, access point, printer, fax, attend machine, scanner, copiers and Firewall).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN and VPN
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field
- Hands on experience as a service desk in corporations
- CCNA and MCSA certifications are a plus
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
