Job Description
- Provide technical support to end users across the company.
- Support and maintain Microsoft servers and desktop environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 and other office productivity solutions.
- Assist in the maintenance and support of business solutions under the supervision of the IT Team Leader.
- Escalate unresolved or complex IT issues within the team when necessary.
- Set up and configure new laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
- Install and update authorized software on company devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN and connectivity issues.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and system configurations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, etc.).
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, IP addressing).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
